Can I also buy a shipping label at a kariboo! spot?

No, you can't. Shipping labels can only be bought online. This way, your data, and those of the recipient are clear and legible on the shipping label. Moreover, our web site automatically creates a unique barcode which is scanned several times by our kariboo! spots and our sorting centre. Our handy track & trace tool allows you to follow your parcel every step of the way from departure to final delivery.

Where and how can I deliver my parcel?

Search for the kariboo! spot nearest to you here. Found it? Then bring in your parcel during opening hours. kariboo! takes care of the rest and will send you a confirmation email. Worry-free, you see! 

What is a Spot2Spot shipment?

With Spot2Spot you send a parcel by dropping it off at the kariboo! spot of your choice. The recipient collects it in the selected kariboo! spot. We are shipping your parcel from one store to the other. This is the cheapest way to send packages in Belgium. Moreover, our parcels are surfing along with existing transports which also makes this the environmentally friendly way to deliver parcels.

Does kariboo! also do home delivery?

Yes. When creating your shipping label, click home delivery service. Do you prefer a more environmentally friendly and cheaper way? Choose a Spot2Spot delivery.

Where and how do I find the nearest kariboo! spot?

On the kariboo! website! This link will take you to the page where you will find the nearest kariboo! spot by simply typing in a zip code or an address.

How long is my parcel available for pick-up at the kariboo! spot?

You have 14 calendar days to pick up your parcel from your chosen kariboo! spot. After that it automatically returns to our sorting centre and we will contact the sender for further instructions.

I've ordered online. Can I send parcels back through kariboo!?

Yes. This can be done in several ways. Is the sender a shop? Then we suggest you first have a look at their return policy. Usually you can find those on the homepage of the website or in their terms and conditions at the bottom of the homepage. Does the shop work with kariboo! for their returns? Then you can drop off your parcel in a kariboo! spot of your choice. Will you be responsible for returning the parcel? Buy your shipping label here for shipments within Belgium. Put it on your parcel and then bring it to your favourite kariboo! spot. kariboo! does the rest.

What are the advantages of creating a kariboo! account?

In your personal kariboo! space you do not have to re-enter your personal information every time, you can track the status of your shipments and view the history. You will also receive the latest news and happenings from kariboo!

Will I receive an invoice?

You can! Does the address differ from the delivery address? Then please also provide your billing information after creating your account.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivered in a kariboo! spot for as little as €3.50. Home delivery of a parcel in Belgium can be done from €6.50 incl. VAT. The price of your shipment depends on the type, weight and size of your parcel.                                                              

In which types of packaging can I send my parcel?

It is important that your parcel reaches its recipient undamaged. Therefore, kariboo! asks that you protect your parcel well with bubble wrap, for example, or a cardboard box. Inadequately protected, or loosely packed, goods cannot be shipped safely and are therefore not accepted.

What can I ship with kariboo!?

You can ship almost anything as long as the package does not weigh more than 20 kg and measures no more than than 50cmx50cmx50cm.
 
The following goods can NOT be shipped with kariboo!:
 

  • Dangerous goods such as weapons, ammunition, gas, explosive, flammable, radioactive, toxic and corrosive substances and any object that may constitute a danger to the human environment or that may cause harm to the other packages transported;
  • Liquids, fragile goods, food, jewelry, precious stones, securities, precious metals, coins, currency, bank notes, cash securities, counterfeits, live or dead animals, drugs and narcotics;
  • Parcels whose contents or transport is in conflict with the law.

Can I insure my package against damage?

You can! All you need to do is check the shipping option "insurance package" checkbox. This way, your package is covered up to a maximum value of €500.

How do recipients know where and when to collect their parcels?

The recipient receives an email from kariboo! once the parcel has arrived in the chosen kariboo!  spot. That email contains all details regarding the address, location and opening hours of the kariboo! spot.

How long will my parcel be in transit?

On average a package stays 3 working days on the road. Warning; we only count the days that our kariboo! spots are open.

Would you like to ship parcels as a webshop?

What are the maximum dimensions of parcels I can send with kariboo!?

kariboo! ships standard packages with a maximum weight of 20 kg and a maximum circumference of 50 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm.

I ordered online. Can I return parcels using kariboo!?

We strongly advise you to read the return policy on your webshop's website.

I received a parcel from another consumer. Can I send it back?

Of course. If you want to return a parcel sent by another consumer, all you have to do is buy a shipping label on our website.

How can i send my Vente-Exclusive.com return via kariboo!?

That is very easy: pack the goods that you want to return as clean as possible and put them in the original package with the original label. Put as clear as possible the return adress on the box, put the return document in the parcel and close it correctly. The return adress is: Vente-Exclusive.com Dienst retours Humaniteitslaan 111 1601 Ruisbroek. look here wich is the closest kariboo! spot in your neigbourhood and drop off your parcel. You will need to pay 2 € in the spot and your parcel will be send back to Vente-Exclsuive.com. You will receive a provve of the drop off of your parcel. With the number on the ticket you can follow the status of your parcel here .

IMPORTANT: do not buy your return label on the kariboo! website to send back your parcel to Vente-Exclsuive.com but pay it directly in one of our spots!

When will I receive an invoice from kariboo!?

kariboo! always bills at the end of the month. Payment is made - depending on the shipping solution - before or after the effective delivery of your parcel.

Can I also use kariboo! to deliver parcels at home?

Essentially, kariboo! is a network of collection points to which parcels are preferrably sent. However, as an additional service, kariboo! also offers home delivery

How do I integrate kariboo! on my webshop?

kariboo! offers different integration possibilities. Please contact the kariboo! sales department  to see which IT tool is most suitable for your webshop. To do this, send an email to: info@kariboo.be

How can I automatically generate labels from the backend of my webshop?

kariboo! offers multiple possibilities to make shipping labels. We can set up a custom link with your webshop or offer you a custom plugin.  We have a shipping manager etc. Please use this form to contact us and we will look into it together to determine what is the best solution your webshop.

Solutions for Fieldteams

What is the difference between an Innight delivery and delivery in a kariboo! spot?

Both are methods where parcels are supplied at night. The major difference lies in the fact that we deliver on-site with Innight delivery. This can be the boot of a car, a garage, a safe, a retail point etc. The second major difference is the cost. A kariboo! delivery is five times cheaper than an Innight delivery because we are carpooling with existing transports.

Can I also keep my stock of spare parts, promotional materials etc. at kariboo!?

You can! The advantage is that our warehouse and sorting centre for the distribution of parcels are at the same location saving you transport costs and offering you the option to handle your orders later in the day. This allows your technicians, commercial agents or employees to leave it until late to hand in their order while being able to collect their parcel in their favourite kariboo! spot the next morning.

From what time can my employees collect their parcels in a kariboo! spot?

Because kariboo! supplies its stores at night your package is in the chosen kariboo!-spot from as early as 7:30am. Our network is usually open from 7am to 7pm, 6 days a week. Click here for more information on the opening hours of our kariboo! spots.

Where can I find my tracking number?

With the barcode number you can follow your parcel. You will find that barcode number below the barcode on your shipping label.

My tracking number is not recognised by your system. What now?

Please verify that you have entered the correct barcode number. Is that the case? Please contact us and we'll be happy to help you.

How do I know when I can collect my parcel?

You will receive an email from kariboo! once your package has arrived in your chosen kariboo! spot. This email contains all the details regarding the address, location and opening hours of the kariboo! spot.

Where and when can I pick up my parcel?

You will receive an email from kariboo! once your package has arrived in your chosen kariboo! spot. This email contains all the details regarding the address, location and opening hours of the kariboo! spot.

Why did I not receive an email from kariboo!?

You will not receive an email until after the package has been scanned for receipt in the chosen kariboo! spot. Do you want to check if your package has already arrived? Enter your barcode number here.

What should I do if I discover my parcel is damaged upon receipt?

Did your parcel come from a webshop? Then it is best to report the damage to them. They will give you instructions about returning it and receiving a new package. If it came from another consumer then please contact the sender.

I got a message in my mailbox that I need to pick up my parcel but do not know where. How do I find out?

If you are not at home, the driver will first attempt to leave the package with a neighbour. If this does not succeed, then the delivery person leaves a message containing a "not-at-home code." With this code, visit the delivery company's website. There, you can choose where and when you want to receive your package. You can transmit your choice until 22:00h.

How can I contact the customer service of PostNL?

The PostNL customer service can be reached each working day between 10.00 and 16.00h. You can contact them by telephone on 0032 (0) 15 48.02.85 or send a message via: https://onlineverzendservice.be/Main.aspx#/contact

Upon collection I discover my parcel is damaged. What now?

If you discover your parcel is damaged upon collecting it at the kariboo! spot you can refuse it right away.

Comment renvoyer un colis de la redoute?

Pour effectuer un retour vers La Redoute veuillez :
1. Préparer soigneusement votre colis retour en utilisant l’emballage d’origine
2. Décoller l’étiquette retour présente sur votre bordereau de livraison et la coller sur votre colis retour à côté de l’étiquette d’envois (et pas au-dessus) . 
3. Vous rendre dans un spot kariboo qui posera une nouvelle étiquette de retour kariboo! sur le colis, et vous remettra un accusé de réception.
